Partial operating mode. The air conditioning system stores a certain amount of cold energy in non-air-conditioning period to meet part of the demand of air-conditioning load. During the peak period, the chillers are still working for cooling. Thus, part of air-conditioning load is shifted from the peak to the valley period. The daily demand of cold energy of the air conditioning system is provided by the chillers and the stored cold energy
