Full operating mode. The air conditioning system stores enough cold energy in non-air-conditioning period at night to meet the demand of all the air-conditioning load. Therefore, the air-conditioning load is shifted from the peak to the valley period. The chillers only store cold energy and the cool storage tank is used as a complete adjustable daily cold energy storehouse
